    Our chef Cesar was awesome!! Very hospitable and friendly. Same with our server Amy, she was sweet. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years, and unfortunately I couldn't help but notice how rude the manager was towards our table and chef. He was shorter, had tattoos and his demeanor was very unprofessional and uninviting. I noticed him staring through the mirror and laughing with another manager at our table. He made a comment to our chef about a sauce that we requested and was incredibly distasteful in his delivery. It's one thing if someone 'forgets' something and you correct it in private, but it's another when you take the opportunity to attempt to belittle or embarrass your chef in front of his guests.

    The location is nice and has a fire display outside. I have been to a few Shogun locations and this one has the best tasting New York and Ribeye steaks. The service was good. Our waitress and hibachi chef were very friendly. The hibachi chef did a cool fire show on our table before cooking. We eat hibachi a lot and it was the biggest fire we have seen!

    Came here on a Sunday afternoon being that it's Sunday wasn't much of a crowd so we were seated right as soon as we walked in upon seated we got our drinks and appetizers served quickly on time Angel our chef was friendly Food did lack flavor very equivalent to chipotle just upscaled version ambiance and someone cooking it in front of you Overall good for the price drinks food ambiance
